Wood watch questions

Q.01Are wood watches durable?

Wood is lighter and more delicate than steel, so cases are finished with protective oils and often paired with a steel core for strength. They handle everyday wear well but are not tool watches — treat them as a lifestyle product.

Q.02Can wood watches be water resistant?

To a limited degree. Wood expands with moisture, so we rate wood cases at about 3 ATM (splash resistant) rather than for swimming. A wood-and-steel hybrid can reach 5 ATM.

Q.03Is the wood sustainably sourced?

Yes — we use sustainably harvested and reclaimed woods, finished with skin-safe oils. The eco story and the unique grain of each piece are central to the product’s appeal.
