Yes. Logos can be printed or applied on the dial, laser-engraved on the caseback, and added to the crown, clasp, and packaging.

Both. Bring a finished design (OEM), or bring a concept and budget and our team designs it with you (ODM). A sketch or reference is enough to start.

From 100 pieces per design for full custom production, and from 50 units per model for ready-stock wholesale. Samples are available from a single unit.

Yes. One-time tooling and setup are amortized across the run and component pricing improves at volume, so the per-unit cost falls as quantity rises.

Typically 35–45 days after you approve the sample. Sampling itself takes roughly one to two weeks. Rush production is available for time-sensitive launches.

Yes. Every unit passes incoming inspection, in-process checks, 100% water-resistance and timing verification, and a final cosmetic pass. Test data is available on request.

Yes. Your designs and details are never shared, and an NDA is available on request. In an OEM build the design and IP are yours.

Yes. Every watch carries a 12-month movement warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in the movement and assembly. Cosmetic wear and damage from misuse are not covered.

Report defects within 30 days of receipt with photos or video. Confirmed manufacturing defects are replaced free of charge or credited against your next order — your choice.

Yes. We stock spare hands, crowns, crystals, gaskets, and straps for models we produce, so your after-sales service does not depend on shipping watches back to China.

Shipments are packed to survive freight and can be insured on request. Units damaged in transit on insured shipments are replaced; we assist with the claim documentation either way.

Yes. Molds and tooling from your production run are retained for at least 24 months, so repeat orders skip the tooling cost and start faster.

Yes — products are CE and RoHS compliant, with REACH and SGS testing available on request. We provide documentation for customs and marketplace requirements.

Yes, with tracking. Shipping, duties, and certification testing are quoted separately from the ex-works unit price and itemized on your quote.
